These terms apply to every order placed on sportsmerchsa.co.za (Sports Merch SA). By placing an order, you agree to them. Nothing in these terms takes away your rights under the Consumer Protection Act or the Electronic Communications and Transactions Act.

2. Products and sizing
We show products, colours and sizes as accurately as we can, but colours may look slightly different on your screen. Fits can vary between kit styles. If you are unsure of your size, message us on WhatsApp before you order.
3. How ordering and payment work
- Add your items to the cart and complete the checkout.
- You will then be sent to WhatsApp to confirm your order with us and receive our payment details.
- Payment is made by EFT. Your order is confirmed once we have received your payment.
- All prices are in South African Rand (ZAR).
4. Out-of-stock items
If an item you ordered is not available, we will let you know and you can choose either a full refund or an alternative item.
5. Delivery
- We deliver across South Africa using The Courier Guy and PUDO lockers.
- The Courier Guy usually delivers within 2–4 business days once your parcel is sent.
- To be safe, please allow 7–10 working days from payment confirmation for your order to arrive.
- Delivery costs are shown at checkout.
6. Defective or incorrect items
Please check your parcel as soon as it arrives. If an item is damaged, defective or incorrect, let us know on WhatsApp within 48 hours of delivery and send your Order ID with clear photos or a video. Once we have verified the problem, we will arrange a replacement and cover the cost of the return and of sending you the replacement. This does not affect your rights under the Consumer Protection Act.
7. Returns, exchanges and refunds

8. Tracking your order
You can check the status of your order on our Track Order page, or ask us on WhatsApp.
9. Liability
As far as the law allows, we are not responsible for indirect losses that come from using this website or our products. This does not affect your rights under the Consumer Protection Act.
10. Privacy
We handle your personal information as set out in our Privacy Policy.
11. Changes and governing law
We may update these terms from time to time. The version on this page when you place your order applies. These terms are governed by South African law.
